Yes. A&Y Carpentry LLC is fully licensed and carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Certificates are available on request.

When a deck, fence or structural change requires a permit, we handle the paperwork and inspections as part of the job.

Most fences take 1-3 days, decks 3-10 days, and siding 1-2 weeks depending on the size of the home. You’ll get a schedule before we start.

All of our labor is backed by a written workmanship warranty, on top of the manufacturer warranty on the materials we install.
